Andreas Jüstrich ( Personal Training, Group Classes & Massage ) .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
Andreas Jüstrich was born in Bedford (UK) and grew up in Switzerland. He enjoyed a professional dance career with Scapino Ballet Rotterdam. In 1996 he decided to travel to New York to retrain as a GYROTONIC® instructor.
In February 1997 Andreas founded the White Cloud Studio Amsterdam. In 2000 he qualified as a YOGA teacher. He has since developed the yoga method BODY DYNAMIC YOGA (and a teacher training module) which were introduced into his Studio in 2005. Andreas is a certified BODYCODE™ and PILATES-MAT instructor and holds diplomas in MASSAGE. In 2007 he followed the TULAYOGA practitioner training with Louka Leppard.
Continuing his professional development, Andreas followed the BodyART™ training course in 2008 and is now a certified instructor. Andreas oversees the movement training for KLM/Airfrance and he teaches classical ballet at the Internationaal Danstheater in Amsterdam. He is regularly invited to teach classes and workshops in various studios in Holland and abroad.
Since september 2009 Andreas is following the IOKAI Shiatsu training at the IOKAI Shiatsu School in Amsterdam.

Aleida van Poelgeest was born in Amsterdam in 1966. She started teaching aerobics in 1996 and qualified as a personal Pilates instructor in 2000. Between 2000 and 2005, Aleida worked as a teacher trainer and examiner for the Pilates Company and the Pilates Institute London. She has been giving daily PERSONAL PILATES and PILATES-MAT classes at the White Cloud Studio Amsterdam since 2006 as well as teaching group classes at a number of sports centres in Amsterdam. In August 2007, Aleida started the GYROTONIC® Foundation Teacher Training and obtained her certification in September 2008 and enjoys teaching GYROTONIC® at the White Cloud Studio Amsterdam very much.
In the meantime she followed 3 different GYROTONIC® courses, such as Applications For The Pelvic Girdle, Applications For The Shoulder Girdle and Principles In The Context Of Osteopathy.
